By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your country of residence. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Products & Pricing

All products offered on this website are handcrafted leather goods manufactured in Turkey and sold by Perge Trading Ltd. from the KKTC.

• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR). The EUR/TRY or EUR/USD exchange rates shown are indicative and updated periodically; the final charge is in EUR.
• Stock availability is subject to change without notice. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a full refund.
• Product images are representative. Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, minor variations in texture, grain, and shade between individual pieces are expected and are not defects.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order via our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

You will receive an order confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. Please retain this for your records. You can also view all past orders in the “My Orders” section of your account.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment service provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Perge Trading does not store, process, or access your full card details. All card data is handled exclusively by our payment provider, which complies with PCI-DSS standards. Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide to over 50 countries. Delivery times vary by destination; estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.
• All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. In the event of loss or damage, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
• Delivery addresses must be accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish consumer-protection law (Law No. 6502, Art. 49) and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers purchasing remotely have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

• To exercise this right, notify us at info@pergetrading.com before the 14-day period expires. We will provide return instructions.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Goods that show signs of use may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
• Bespoke or personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal as permitted under Law No. 6502 Art. 15(1)(c).

8. Defective Goods & Warranty

All Perge Trading products are covered by a statutory conformity guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Turkish consumer-protection law. If a product develops a manufacturing defect within this period, you are entitled to:

• Repair free of charge;
• Replacement with an equivalent product;
• A proportional price reduction; or
• Cancellation of the contract and full refund.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photographs, brand names, logos, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of Perge Trading Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Place fraudulent or speculative orders.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perge Trading's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, unless such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the KKTC courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.

Consumers located in Turkey may also have recourse to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) for disputes within statutory thresholds, or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for larger claims, as provided by Law No. 6502.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. For orders already placed, the Terms in force at the time of order confirmation apply.
